On Thursday night, she raised the roof at William Carey University in Hattisburg, Miss., by performing a front-flip half-court shot.<\/p>\n<p>A basketball was placed in the middle of the court. Arnau ran toward it, did a front-flip, grabbed the ball while upside-down and tossed it toward the basket as she righted herself.<\/p>\n<p>The ball went through the hoop, and the crowd went wild.<\/p>\n<p>According to The Associated Press, the 21-year-old nursing student had spent months trying to make the halftime shot during home basketball games, but this was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/huff-wires\/20130222\/bko-cheerleader-half-court-shot\/\" target=\"_hplink\" rel=\"noopener\">the first time she succeeded<\/a>.
